Experience
Salem-Keizer Public Schools
Developed Salem-Keizer Public Schools’ first district-wide emergency operations plan and led active shooter preparedness training. Also established the district’s emergency operations center, created a situational awareness tool, and maintained the emergency radio system for reliable incident communication.
City of Portland
Conducted Incident Command System (ICS) training for regional partners. Designed and led multiple tabletop and functional exercises, including training tailored specifically for the Emergency Coordination Center.
CareOregon
Rewrote the emergency management plan. Developed a situation status board for use during virtual incident management team activations. Led after-action reviews and tracked the resulting improvement process.
Lead the implementation of a new emergenc notification system. Developed standard operating procedures and supporting policies.
